,Hogsback has stacks of things to do to keep you entertained, which will show you just how unique and stunning Hogsback really is. There is something for everyone to do, but chilling in general, is also allowed!!
The most popular activity, is to walk through the indigenous forests to numerous beautiful waterfalls. It is also possible to do more strenuous walks to the 3 "Hogs" or Gaika's Kop mountains. Maps are available from your accommodation or The Visitor Information Centre and a small levy is charged that is used to maintain the walkways and trails. If you are looking for more adrenalin, then there is world class climbing at Madonna and Child waterfall, Robinson Falls and Hog 1, all bolted routes. If you want to experience a slow but safe method of descent in climbing, then Abseiling is also available. Mountain Bikes are available for rent and guided tours by the hour or day, taking in some of the weaving forestry trails and dirt roads. The friendly staff at Hogsback adventures will come up with novel ideas for you to get rid of all that excess energy in and around our paradise environment.
If your activity is taking it easy, then drive to some view points or local gardens and possibly head to one of the local eat and drinkeries to experience local fare and interact with some colourful characters.
